Frequently Asked Questions
-
Launch Media is a brand, experience and growth company for ambitious businesses. We help businesses clarify where they’re going, build brands people care about, create better customer experiences and find new ways to grow.
Our work can span strategy, brand, experience, digital and marketing. The right combination depends on what you’re building and where the opportunity is.
-
We work with ambitious founders and business owners who believe there’s another level to what they’re building.
Some come to us with a new idea. Others have an established business that has outgrown its brand, customer experience or marketing. What matters most is a willingness to think bigger, care about the details and build something people genuinely want to be part of.
-
Our work generally falls into three stages: Build, Grow and Scale.
Build might mean bringing a new business or brand to life. Grow could mean creating campaigns, experiences or marketing that give more people a reason to care. Scale might involve expansion, new offers, brand extensions or ongoing strategic leadership.
Every engagement starts with the opportunity, then we determine what needs to be built around it.
-
Good. You don’t need to diagnose the problem before coming to us.
Bring us the business, the idea, the challenge or the opportunity. Part of our job is figuring out where the greatest opportunity exists and what combination of strategy, brand, experience, digital or marketing can help you reach it.
-
Yes. We love getting involved early when there’s an idea worth building.
We also work with established businesses that are repositioning, growing, expanding or simply ready to become more than they are today.
-
We’re intentionally industry-flexible. Our work spans consumer brands, hospitality, construction, professional services, health and wellness, e-commerce, lifestyle businesses and more.
We’re less interested in fitting businesses into a particular category than finding the opportunity that makes each one interesting.
-
Generally, no. A logo is one piece of a much larger brand.
When we work on identity, we want to understand the strategy, positioning, personality and experience around it so the visual direction has something meaningful to build from.
-
Absolutely. Starting over isn’t always the answer.
Sometimes the opportunity is a complete reinvention. Sometimes it’s refining what already exists, strengthening the positioning or creating a more cohesive experience around a brand that already has equity.
-
Possibly. It depends on the platform, condition of the site and what we’re trying to accomplish.
Sometimes improving an existing site makes sense. Other times the current foundation creates more limitations than opportunities. We’ll recommend the approach that makes the most sense for the business.
-
We don’t currently operate as a traditional daily social media management company.
We can, however, develop content strategy, campaigns, creative direction, paid media and broader marketing systems when they support the goals of the engagement.
-
Yes. Some projects have a defined beginning and end. Others evolve into ongoing strategic, creative or growth partnerships.
If staying involved makes sense for what we’re building, we’ll structure the relationship accordingly.
-
It depends entirely on what we’re building.
A focused project may take a few weeks, while a larger brand, digital or growth engagement may unfold over several months. Once we understand the scope, we’ll establish a clear timeline before work begins.
-
Our engagements are custom-scoped based on the opportunity, complexity and level of involvement required.
Most new projects begin at $5,000, with larger brand, digital, experience and growth engagements scaling from there.
-
Depending on the scope and timeline, projects may be structured across multiple payments. The payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your proposal before work begins.
-
Sometimes. It depends on our availability, the scope and whether the timeline allows us to do the work properly. Rush fees may apply when an accelerated schedule requires us to reorganize existing commitments.
-
Start with our Build With Us application.
Tell us what you’re building, where you want to take it and what feels like the biggest opportunity or challenge. We’ll review everything you share and, if it feels like there’s a strong fit, reach out to talk about what we could build together.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
Maybe we should
just talk about it.
If you’re thinking about working together, tell us what you’re building and we’ll take it from there.
